LEADERSHIP POSITIONS FOR 2005-2006 SCHOOL YEAR

The Davenport Community Schools announce that the following leadership & administrative positions have been filled for the 2005-06 school year. All positions are effective July 1, 2005:

It is expected that additional appointments will be made during the following weeks. According to Dr. Norbert Schuerman, superintendent, making these appointments in the spring allows for stronger transition plans as staff members move into new positions and/or new buildings. “This provides more time for staff, students and families to adjust to these changes and also ensuring continuity for important initiatives and building programs,” he adds.
