WALCOTT ELEMENTARY SPONSORS BREAKFAST WITH BOOKS

Students at Walcott Elementary will be having books for breakfast – along with cereal, donuts and other goodies - as they host their parents and other adults in this fun reading activity.  The event is set for Wednesday, May 11, beginning at 7:45 a.m.

There will be musical entertainment by the Walcott Middle School orchestra ensemble and choirs.  Each K-5 student will receive a free book as part of the parent/child reading activity and there will be a gently used book swap for parents and students.  The Walcott Public Library will be on hand to register students for library cards and provide information about their summer reading program.
