NORTH HIGH WELCOMES 8TH GRADERS/PARENTS

The North High Guidance staff invites 8th grade students who expect to attend North High next year and their parents to a special evening of information on Tuesday, January 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Paul Holzworth Center for the Performing Arts at North High.

Students and their parents will begin the high school registration process by discussing course selections, block scheduling and graduation requirement. There will also be the opportunity to meet with department heads from various curriculum areas. With so many course options and the new changes in graduation requirements, this session is a good way to start the decision-making process regarding planning for high school and preparation for the future, whether that be college, the armed services or careers.
